    Great job everyone this morning. It was a great way to kickoff the bootcamp!  Everyday we’ll be posting that days workout, pictures, videos, participants and our Athlete of the Day so check back often.  Be sure to leave feedback in the comments sections, remember we’re all in this together to make positive changes in our lives!.

    Windy City Crossfit - Monday Weekly Workout 6:30 am

    Workout = 200 meter run - Squat, Pushup, Pull-ups (3 sets of 15, 12, 9 reps) - 200 meter run
